TERMS & CONDITIONS

	• One month security deposit and one month advanced rental fee for 1-3 months contract
	• Two months security deposit and one month advanced rental fee for 4 months contract or more
	• Payment upon check in date is one month advanced rental fee and security refundable deposit.

	PRE-PAYMENT: Centre Point requires Booking Fee Baht 20,000.- for all bookings to guaranteed the booking.

	CANCELLATION POLICY;
	• In the event of cancellation after reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charge are payable.
	• There will be no penalty in case your notification of cancellation is received by us at prior 14 working days consecutively (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to check in date.
	• If the notification of cancellation is received by us via fax less than 14 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to check-in date, a penalty equals to booking fee will apply.
	• No refund in case of guest’s no show.
	• For acceptance of cancellation, Centre Point will send the notification of acceptance in return.
