TERMS & CONDITIONS

	All payment will be paid by guest account upon check in.
	Credit card detail is requried for guaranteed reservation upon booking.
	1-Month rental and 1-Month deposit is required for contract 1-3 months lease.
	1-Month rental and 2-Month deposit is required for contract more than 4 months lease.
	Reservations will be held until 18.00hrs. on the day of arrival for bookings which are less than a month, unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit. One night's apartment charge will be levied for any no-show or guaranteed reservation. All cancellation must be advised at least 2 working days prior to the date of arrival.
